Prisoner Transports
The Sheriff's Department makes many in and out of state trips to transport prisoner's to court proceedings.
The Sheriff's Department is responsible for transporting all prisoners in Bennington County. We make many trips a week to various correctional facilities in the State. The Department is also responsible for transporting prisoners that have court hearings.
Members of the Department have been all over the United States to assist with extraditions and various other court-related assignments.
